FISH CURRY




INGREDIENTS

Fish -1 kg                                                              Curry leaves          

Onion - 3 no.s                                                      Coriander leaves                 

Tomato - 6 no.s                                                   Fennel seeds - 25 gm        

Green chili - 3 no.s                                             Fenugreek - 15 gm         

Coconut - 3 tbsp (grated)                                  Water - 4 cups  

Chili powder - 2 tbsp                                         Gingelly oil - 75 ml    

Salt - as required                                        Tamarind - medium lemon size (soaking)


COOKING PROCESS

  • Take a pan, add oil allow it to heat, add fennel seeds, fenugreek & chopped onions shallow fry with salt.
  • Add green chili, tomato, curry leaves to fry.
  • After tomatoes get smashed, add chili powder & tamarind juice to boil well until it gets thick consistency. 
  • later,add the fish in the pan & check the salt.
  • After fish is boiled, add coconut paste and cook for 5 mins with low flame. finally add the coriander leaves & turn off the flame.

Delicious fish curry is ready .

Lady (kilanga) fish curry is tastes good.
